In the heart of Center City, USA, an orphaned boy named Joey dreams of becoming a hero while working part-time to support both himself and his grandmother. Inspired by a commercial for a powerful new robot action figure, Joey believes that owning one could grant him extraordinary strength. When he stumbles upon a broken version abandoned by a wealthy school bully, Joey decides to repair it, moved by compassion and driven by hope.
