In a world of abandoned buildings and natural splendor, Yellowbird resides within the confines of an old house, his wings clipped by fear and self-doubt. His best friend Bug, a plucky labybird, tirelessly endeavors to coax Yellowbird beyond his sanctuary walls and into the wild adventure that awaits. Despite countless attempts to instill confidence in Yellowbird, little progress is made. However, when an opportunity arises unexpectedly, thrusting Yellowbird into the leadership role of a migrating flock heading toward Africa, he must confront his innermost fears and inadequacies or remain forever hidden away.
