In the bustling and impoverished Mexico City neighborhood where Carpenter Pepe El Toro resides, life is far from easy yet he manages to maintain peace and tranquility with his beloved daughter Chachita. Amidst this humble existence, Pepe embarks on a romantic pursuit of pretty Celia, captivated by her beauty and charm.
