Venus Wars

In a bleak future, Venus has been colonized but its newfound civilization has spiraled into a dystopian mess due to a continuous war between two factions: Ishtar and Aphrodia. The capital of Aphrodia, on the brink of being overtaken by Ishtar, becomes the setting for Susan Sommers, an enthusiastic reporter, as she arrives in this troubled land. She quickly encounters a group of rebellious teenagers who are passionate about their extreme sports culture, particularly a high-speed motorcycle version of Roller Derby. Hiro, the daring leader of these riders, hesitantly agrees to join the fight against Ishtar to reclaim Aphrodia's freedom. It comes as no surprise that Hiro excels in piloting the mono-cycles that serve as the secret weapon for Aphrodia, setting the stage for a thrilling and adrenaline-fueled climax. This movie not only explores the dark realities of war but also highlights the courage and determination found within the youth culture that stands against overwhelming odds to defend their home.
