Time of EVE: The Movie

In a world where androids have become commonplace, society is divided by the fear of their potential for rebellion against humanity. This unease creates an atmosphere in which treating androids with human-like respect can lead to scorn and labels like "android-holic." Rikuo Sakisaka, who has always taken his android companion, Sammy, for granted, starts to unravel a mystery when he discovers her unusual independent behavior. As he investigates further along with his friend Masakazu Masaki, they stumble upon an enigmatic café where no distinctions are made between humans and machines. The cafe's barista, Nagi, introduces them to a world that challenges the preconceived notions about the nature of androids. As Rikuo works to unravel Sammy's true intentions, he is confronted with questions about his own beliefs and society's irrational fear of these artificial beings.
