The Wedding Director

In the bustling city of Rome, film director Franco Elica embarks on a melancholic journey southwards in search of solace and inspiration. During his beachside retreat, he crosses paths with a local videographer, who unexpectedly ropes him into assisting with an upcoming wedding - that of Boda, the daughter of a strict and domineering prince. A marriage of convenience for financial gain, the union pairs Boda with a meek groom whose overbearing mother holds sway.As Elica becomes increasingly drawn to Boda, he finds himself in an unconventional role as wedding director while trying to dissuade her from her impending nuptials. Despite his erratic and outlandish actions, the unyielding prince keeps him firmly on board for the lavish event. As the day of the wedding draws near, reality and Elica's fervid imagination become increasingly intertwined, leaving questions about the line between sanity and creative vision.
