The Lodger

The year is 1888 in foggy, gas-lit London, where superstition and suspicion seep through every cobblestone street. A seemingly ordinary family house conceals an atmosphere of dread as a series of rented rooms sit occupied by a motley crew of characters from varying walks of life. When a mysterious new lodger arrives to the upstairs abode, the existing residents' fears begin to mount. Whispers of Jack the Ripper, a notorious serial killer terrorizing the city's streets, echo through the house as each tenant begins to suspect that their new neighbor might be the infamous murderer themselves. As paranoia and tension rise, the tenants are forced to confront their deepest fears and insecurities, forming alliances and unraveling secrets while they collectively grapple with the unsettling possibility of living under the same roof as a cold-blooded killer.
