The Breaking Ice

In the frosty landscape of Yanji, nestled on China's northern frontier, Haofeng, a young city dweller from Shanghai, finds himself disoriented and struggling with a sense of displacement amidst the snowbound streets. His fortunes change, however, when he serendipitously joins a tour led by the charismatic Nana. As they navigate through the city's historic landmarks together, Haofeng is captivated by her vivacity and charm.During the tour, Nana introduces him to Xiao, a friendly but discontented individual working in a local restaurant. Over an impromptu weekend of intoxicated camaraderie, the three forge a deep connection that transcends their superficial acquaintance. Through shared vulnerabilities and mutual support, they begin to confront the personal traumas that have long encased them in emotional ice.As they navigate through their individual struggles, Haofeng, Nana, and Xiao embark on a journey of self-discovery within the confines of their frozen surroundings. Together, they seek to break free from the icy grip of their pasts and forge a path towards liberation and healing.
