The Boys in Company C

In this war-torn era, a group of disillusioned young soldiers are fed up with endless combat and the moral complexities surrounding it. Not only do they feel the weight of their own lives hanging in the balance, but also the burden of witnessing the corruption within their South Vietnamese allies. Their struggles are further exacerbated by an unfit company commander whose incompetence puts them all at risk. However, a glimmer of hope emerges as they learn that if they can lose a soccer match to a local South Vietnamese team, they will be granted the opportunity to spend the remainder of their tour playing exhibition games in safety.
