Sergio navigates through the streets of Naples in his taxi, an urban landscape marred by sorrow and waste. His journey is tinged with melancholy as he reflects on the death of his brother, who embarked on a quest to Tibet a decade ago and never returned. As the rain pours down, Sergio picks up an eclectic group of passengers: a pop singer, a scavenger, a radio host, and an elderly man. Each passenger shares their own story in some way connected to Sergio's brother, offering glimpses into his sibling's life and the love he inspired.Resistant to letting time erode the memory of his brother, Sergio becomes overwhelmed by memories and the music he used to create with Alfredo. The pair had once found solace in their shared passion for composing, which was rooted in Buddhist principles that helped them cope with life's hardships. As Sergio touches the piano once again, the music of his past resurfaces, demanding an outlet and allowing him to express his very being.
