Tenement

In the aftermath of her mother's passing, manga artist Sorya ventures to Phnom Penh to rekindle ties with her ancestral family and draw inspiration from this experience for her artwork. Upon arriving at Metta, a dilapidated apartment complex scarred by Khmer Rouge history, she is warmly welcomed by her maternal relatives. However, Sorya's tranquil days in the apartment are plagued with disturbing, gory visions that seem to manifest from the haunting remnants of the past. As the line between reality and nightmare blurs, Sorya must confront these spectral apparitions while unraveling the dark secrets buried within her family's history and her own artistic creativity.
