Jenna, a skilled ballet dancer who faced a career-ending injury, has since turned her focus to using her knowledge of dance as therapy for others. When NHL star Ryan Cooper suffers an injury that threatens his passion and career, Jenna is recruited to help him regain the agility and strength he needs through ballet techniques. As they work together in her serene Connecticut town, their bond deepens and they find solace in each other's company.However, as Ryan gets closer to recovery, he faces the decision of returning to his demanding career in professional hockey.
