The film revolves around Garrett Tully, an ex-white supremacist who has just murdered a cop after being released from solitary confinement in Pelican Bay State Prison. As he embarks on another rampage, Tully comes across a black family and takes them hostage under the false assumption that the Aryan Brotherhood will have his back.
