In a remote Swiss office, Russian arms dealer Igor Lipovsky orchestrates a lucrative gunrunning network with Africa. The French government seeks to disrupt his criminal activities by deploying a covert team led by Lisa, Brisseau, Loïc, Tony, and Raymond.
