Lothar Schramm's seemingly mundane existence as a taxi driver belies a chilling secret; beneath his calm, amiable demeanor lies a deeply troubled man with an insidious hobby. Afflicted by crippling social anxiety, Lothar's unconventional way of connecting with women is to drug them, photograph their vulnerable nude bodies as he indulges in private fantasies, and ultimately end their lives. As the line between his public persona and sinister alter ego blurs, we are confronted with the harrowing reality of a serial killer living amongst us, blurring the boundary between ordinary life and horrifying crime.
