Oliver the Eighth

In a small town, barbershop proprietors Stan and Ollie find themselves on the unconventional adventure of a lifetime after responding to an intriguing matrimonial ad. Though only Ollie sends in his application, his partner Stan, unable to let him go alone, sneakily mails his own response at the last minute. They soon receive an invitation from the mysterious widow behind the ad and embark on a journey to her grandiose mansion, where they quickly discover that things are not quite what they seem.The couple meets the eccentric widow, but it's her peculiar, sinister butler who sets their nerves on edge as he discloses her dark past: she has a penchant for marrying men named Oliver before enacting a gruesome fate. Unaware of this fact, Ollie remains oblivious to the impending danger as Stan desperately tries to devise an escape plan while stuck in the same dangerous predicament. This wildly entertaining movie weaves elements of comedy and suspense to tell an unexpected tale of friendship, quick thinking, and survival amidst a twisted game of love and betrayal.
