Lisa, a Berlin-based playwright, finds herself in Switzerland, following her husband Martin's new career opportunity as the manager of a private school. As her twin brother Sven battles leukemia, Lisa is compelled to reconnect with her roots and confront the complexities of family bonds. This decision, however, carries a heavy price on her relationship, forcing her to navigate the challenging waters of love and loyalty amidst life's unpredictable tides.
