In a harrowing post-apocalyptic world devastated by a virus turning people into something inhuman, an ambulance crew consisting of Sonia, Marco, and two police officers embark on a treacherous mission to reach the fabled NOAH facility. This research center is rumored to be free from infection and working tirelessly on finding a cure. However, as they navigate through deserted landscapes and confront the dangers lurking at every turn - from vicious infected creatures to ruthless human bandits - an unexpected twist arises when Marco starts exhibiting symptoms of the virus. Pregnant and immune, Sonia is faced with the daunting challenge of protecting her unborn child while trying to find a cure for her beloved partner, who is gradually succumbing to the virus's terrifying effects.
