The live shows had attracted immense interest from fans, with tickets selling out in an astonishing five hours. The prices for these coveted seats were noteworthy as well; the priciest spots went for $5,000 each, which included a rare opportunity to dine with the King of Pop himself and receive a signed poster as a memento of the evening. The special featured edited footage from both concerts, showcasing Jackson's unparalleled stage presence and musical prowess in celebration of his remarkable thirty years as a solo entertainer since his debut single "Got to Be There" was released back in 1971.
