Alex, a dedicated copy editor from New York City, finds herself in unfamiliar territory when tasked with writing a story about Ridgeline Resort, an adrenaline-fueled mecca for extreme sports enthusiasts. Initially struggling to adapt and perform in such a daring environment, she faces the disapproval of Cole, a skilled sportsman who believes her city slicker ways make her ill-suited for Ridgeline's challenges.However, as Alex persists and offers to help Cole with his local arts festival, an unexpected mentorship begins to form.
