Limbo

On a secluded Scottish island, refugees from different parts of the world find themselves in limbo, waiting to be granted asylum while they navigate their new lives. At its core, the film delves into the experiences and struggles of Omar, a young Syrian man who carries with him an instrument of both cultural significance and emotional weight: his grandfather's oud. As he adapts to his surroundings, the music of his past intertwines with the present, ultimately becoming a powerful medium through which Omar expresses his innermost desires and longings.
