"The Big House", an ABC sitcom featuring the comedic talent of Kevin Hart, aired briefly in April 2004. Unlike "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air", which depicted Kevin moving from a rough neighborhood to the affluence of Bel Air, this series reverses roles and finds him transitioning from privileged Malibu student life to a more humble existence in Philadelphia after his father's arrest for embezzlement. This sudden change sees Kevin leaving his elite school, Malibu, and joining his hard-working aunt, uncle and cousins while embarking on college at Drexel University, thereby sparking a series of culture clashes and comedic encounters in this short-lived yet entertaining sitcom.
