Girls Just Want to Have Fun

Janey, a recent arrival in town, discovers an unexpected connection with Lynne when they bond over their shared enthusiasm for dancing and the popular TV show "Dance TV." Both girls are eager to seize the opportunity to audition as a couple when a competition is announced to find new regulars for the show. However, Janey's father strongly disapproves of her pursuits in dance, presenting an obstacle she must face in order to follow her dreams and prove herself on the stage.
