Family for Rent

Paul-André, a reserved forty-year-old man with an abundance of wealth but a deficiency of companionship, finds himself increasingly bored with his solitary life. In search of something to fill the void, he arrives at the conclusion that what he truly needs is a family. Meanwhile, Violette, a vibrant and energetic forty-year-old single mother, is struggling to keep a roof over her head and fears losing custody of her two children. Seizing an opportunity for mutual benefit, Paul-André proposes an unconventional agreement: he will pay off Violette's debts in exchange for renting her family under a formal contract. This unusual arrangement thrusts both parties into a unique living situation where they must navigate the joys and challenges of a newly formed familial bond.
