Deathwatch

Set amidst the unforgiving landscape of World War I trench warfare, the story follows a resilient British infantry company that becomes disconnected from their regiment following a violent skirmish. In their desperate attempt to rejoin their fellow soldiers, they stumble upon what appears to be a German trench, seemingly abandoned except for a few delirious enemy troops. Acting swiftly, the British force subdues most of the Germans and captures one as a prisoner while fortifying the newly claimed position in anticipation of reinforcements. However, this hard-earned victory takes an eerie turn as a sinister atmosphere seeps into the trench, causing its inhabitants to question their own sanity and ultimately turn on each other under the ominous influence.
