In the bustling city of Paris, France, five distinct lives are destined to converge as a result of an initially minor event. Anne, an actress seeking her big break, finds herself entwined with Georges, who documents the harsh realities of war in Kosovo through his photography. Georges' brother, Jean, is preoccupied with tracking down the entry code to his sibling's apartment - unbeknownst to him, this small puzzle will set off a chain reaction of events that brings an array of people together.
