Black Rain

Two dedicated New York police officers find themselves embroiled in a dangerous international conflict when they become entwined with the Yakuza, the notorious Japanese mafia. The duo's initial mission to apprehend one of their criminal associates leads them down a treacherous path as he manages to escape custody during transit back to Japan. Their pursuit of the fugitive thrusts them further into the dark underworld of organized crime in Tokyo, where they quickly discover that adherence to the local customs and rules is essential for survival. Navigating this unfamiliar terrain, they must adapt their tactics and strategies to align with the unique traditions of Japanese criminal society in order to succeed against seemingly insurmountable odds.
