Yannick works diligently as a caregiver in a retirement home, tirelessly bringing joy and positivity to the lives of those he cares for despite the constant challenges posed by budget restrictions and overwhelming demands. His infectious good nature helps maintain some semblance of normalcy amidst the daily struggles faced by the residents.However, Yannick's routine is disrupted when a group of schoolchildren are assigned to share the retirement home's dining room as part of an intergenerational learning program. As the young and old populations clash and adapt to their new living arrangement, the tension between them threatens to disrupt the delicate balance of life in the home.To make matters more complicated, Yannick's world is further upended by the arrival of a vivacious new hostess, Aude, who breathes fresh energy into the retirement community with her innovative ideas and unrelenting optimism. Through this series of events, both the residents and the staff at the home are forced to confront their own preconceived notions about aging and discover new ways of connecting with one another across generations.
