Atrocious Tales of Love and Death

Raphael, a skilled mandolin player working at a restaurant, struggles with life's challenges: a limping condition, the responsibility of supporting his family, and the burden of accumulated debt. In an unexpected turn of events, he receives a job offer from an old friend, Giardino, to perform a serenade for an unseen admirer residing in an apartment above. As Raphael plays his enchanting melodies under the moonlit sky, an unsettling occurrence takes place when a man on an upper balcony is pushed to his death. Driven by curiosity and personal compulsion, Raphael embarks on his own unofficial investigation, which gradually entangles him in a captivating web of secrets, deception, and dark revelations that are far from ordinary.
