On a sweltering Friday evening in Asunción, seventeen-year-old Víctor, a wheelbarrow-boy, finds himself lost in dreams of stardom as he yearns for the latest cell phone on display at Mercado 4. Unbeknownst to him, his life is about to take an unexpected turn when he's presented with the opportunity to transport seven mysterious boxes across town in exchange for a substantial sum of $100. The task seems simple enough but as Víctor navigates through Asunción's labyrinthine streets, it quickly spirals into a complex and perilous ordeal.As the night deepens, it becomes increasingly clear that the contents of these boxes hold a high level of desirability - so much so that they attract the relentless pursuit of criminals who are hell-bent on seizing them for themselves. Víctor's once straightforward task is now intertwined with a crime he knows nothing about, placing him squarely in the middle of a dangerous and unfamiliar world. Caught between his own naïve ambitions and the looming threat of those chasing him, Víctor must navigate these unforeseen challenges to survive the night and unravel the true nature of the mystery he finds himself entangled in.
