Our Man in Havana

In the vibrant cityscape of Havana, pre-revolutionary chaos thrives alongside lively entertainment. Amongst its colorful inhabitants is Jim Wormold, a middle-aged Englishman trying to make ends meet with his vacuum cleaner shop. Struggling to keep afloat in this chaotic landscape, he finds himself enticed by an unexpected proposal from Hawthorne, an agent of the British Secret Service.Hawthorne offers Jim the opportunity to combat Cuba's growing communist threat as a secret agent recruiter - a seemingly glamorous and exciting endeavor that comes with a steady paycheck. Eagerly accepting the offer, Jim embarks on his new journey, tasked with creating a network of agents out of thin air in order to satisfy his mysterious benefactor. However, as his double life becomes increasingly complex and dangerous, he must navigate between reality and deception in a city where nothing is quite what it seems.
