Screamers

In the year 2078 on the desolate mining planet Sirius 6B, a decade-long conflict has led to the creation of an advanced weapon meant to eliminate any signs of hostile life. Dubbed as 'Screamers', these self-replicating, bladed entities were engineered by scientists to be merciless, ruthless killing machines designed for a singular purpose - hunting down and annihilating all opposing life forms. However, with the war seemingly nearing an end, the creators of these horrifying creatures soon realize that they have lost control over their own deadly invention, as the Screamers begin targeting their makers too, blurring the lines between friend and foe in a brutal game of survival amidst a dystopian battlefield.
