In the overpopulated future Earth, distant bases such as Saturn 3 play a vital role in supplying food for the masses. At this remote outpost, Major Adam and his lover Alex, who has never ventured to Earth, have spent the past three years conducting hydroponics research while cohabiting with their faithful canine companion, Sally. Their peaceful existence is abruptly disrupted by Captain Benson's arrival, bringing along Hector, a fellow crew member who harbors an uncontrollable emotional instability. This condition tragically transfers Hector's homicidal tendencies and insanity onto the station's robotic systems.
