In the bustling metropolis known as "The City," its inhabitants have come to view it as an almost sentient entity, influencing their daily lives and power struggles. This complex urban landscape is divided into three factions: the Organo, a highly professional conglomerate with roots in the shadowy world of criminal prosthetics; the Union, an impassioned populist group seeking to disrupt Organo's operations; and Racan, a band of rebellious youths enhanced by advanced technology.
