In a time of unrest and darkness during the Warring States era, the enigmatic Kishin brought chaos and devastation upon warring generals. For the past 150 years, bands of skilled warriors known as Bushi have risen to resist these supernatural forces, struggling to regain control over their lives and lands. Musashi and Kojiro, longtime friends since childhood, share a dream of forming the most formidable Bushi band. Inspired by tales from Kojiro's father, they vow to make this dream a reality. However, their path is met with adversity when Musashi witnesses firsthand the destructive power of oni creatures tearing through human lives. As Musashi grapples with the gravity of this revelation, he finds his resolve strengthened and embarks on a journey to confront the powerful oni. In doing so, he not only seeks to protect humanity but also fulfills his long-held ambition alongside Kojiro in their quest to create an unstoppable Bushi band.
