Terkel in Trouble

In the midst of his turbulent life, sixth-grader Terkel inadvertently finds himself entangled with an unforeseen curse after sitting on a black spider. This seemingly innocent act triggers a series of unfortunate events: his beloved teacher is suddenly replaced by the eccentric Justin; at home, his uncle Stewart, once a loving relative, now erupts into fits of rage; and at school, two bullies relentlessly torment him after discovering that their common target, the kind-hearted Doris, has taken a liking to Terkel. As if this was not enough, on a school camping trip, Terkel receives anonymous death threats, plunging him into an eerie mystery where he must unravel the intentions of his secret adversary before it's too late. This dark coming-of-age tale explores themes of identity, resilience, and friendship in a world where even children are not spared from the sinister undertones of adulthood.
