Happy Endings

This intriguing film weaves together three parallel narratives that explore the complexities and consequences of parenthood and relationships. Nicky, a compassionate filmmaker, sets out on an emotional journey to help Mamie reunite with her long-lost son, who was given up for adoption nearly two decades ago. Meanwhile, Charley, Mamie's stepbrother and the father of her child, embarks on his own quest for information alongside his boyfriend, Gil, as they uncover the fate of a sperm donation that Gil had made to a lesbian couple years prior. Amidst this tangled web of connections is singer Jude, who becomes enthralled in a complicated love triangle with Otis, an androgynous drummer, and his traditionalist father.
