In the gritty underworld of Los Angeles, David Cuevas balances his responsibilities as a devoted family man with an unconventional career as a gangland tax collector for influential crime lords. Alongside his trusted partner Creeper, he navigates the dangerous streets to collect debts and maintain order among rival factions.
