Golden Kamuy

Saichi "Immortal" Sugimoto, a Russo-Japanese War veteran, struggles to make ends meet during the Hokkaido gold rush in the early twentieth century. When he discovers a map revealing the whereabouts of a hidden Ainu fortune, he embarks on a hazardous journey through the unforgiving northern wilderness. However, Sugimoto's pursuit of the precious gold does not go unnoticed, as others with ill intentions also seek to claim it. Navigating treacherous landscapes and encountering dangerous foes, including ruthless criminals and rogue Japanese soldiers, Sugimoto relies on his wits, resourcefulness, and the help of an Ainu girl named Asirpa to navigate this perilous quest for wealth and survival.
