Blood Remains

During World War II, a complex web of relationships unfolds against the backdrop of conflict and political turmoil. Vasil finds himself in a bitter feud with police officer Simeonov while simultaneously grappling with his lifelong friendship and brotherhood ties to partisan Kalin. As tensions rise, Yana becomes the focal point of their emotional entanglements - both men vying for her affection and loyalty. Despite her love for Vasil, she cannot accept his individualistic tendencies that set him apart from others. This struggle within Vasil ultimately leads to his downfall. After a coup on September 9, 1944, Vasil manages to capture Simeonov, but when it comes time to deliver him to the military tribunal, Simeonov's sudden demise brings about an unexpected and tragic end for all involved.
