Black Belt Jones

Black Belt Jones is a former secret agent who has traded in his high-stakes espionage for a more humble role – teaching martial arts to inner city youths. The dojo, under the watchful eye of a wise and gentle man named Pops, played by Scatman Crothers, becomes the target of local thug Pinky due to Pops' gambling debts. Things take an unexpected turn when Pinky is hired by a group of white criminals looking to seize control of the property where the dojo stands, with plans to raze it for a shopping mall development.As tensions escalate and danger looms closer, Black Belt Jones must step out from his semi-retirement, leveraging his impressive martial arts skills to protect not just the dojo but also its community. In this fight for survival, he is joined by an unlikely ally: Pops' daughter, Sidney.
